Post-4th Detox

After America's birthday celebration yesterday (and after cocktailing to celebrate it), I'm feeling a little bleh (for lack of a better word).  

But as luck would have it, I came across this article from Glamour.com.  Not only is it great for a little post-cocktail detox... you can do this every morning to give your body a little jump start:
